I was at a motorcycle shop last week. The saleperson said, he sold three unit Symphony 250 within the first few days of the launching. My goodness, I thought it was rather expensive, but the target audience didn't say so.
So, soon there will be lot of them on the road.............................. ehmmmmm.... nice....

Power and price
From the brochure, this 250 produce an output of 23ps at 8000RPM.
Current price is RM18,050 OTR. For an installment, you will have to put down RM7,050 as a deposit. An 11k loan will be provided by the participating outlet.

EVO250 vs GTS200
A few difference I've manage to spot (compare tu GTS200)
1) Headlamp using the currnet trend/style
2) Front disk full floating type but only single disk
3) Totally different drive belt system (look more complex compare to GTS200)
4) Bigger swing arm to accomodate bigger rear disk brake (brake pump stil the same with GTS200)
5) Rear wheel size - 13" (GTS200 only 12")
6) Max at speedo meter - 180km/h (GTS200 only 160km/h)
7) RPM redline at 8000 (GTS at 9000)
8) Looks like having longer wheel base compare to GTS200
9) Rear absorber look thinner/smaller but I am sure they are better to absorb minimal load of 197kg from that 250's
10) Tyres - front 110/90-13 (same as GTS200) - rear 130/70-13 (GTS 200 - 130/80-12)
11) Totally different silencer unit, much longer than GTS200. The chrome heat cover is replaced by a black painter steel heat cover

Launching
I was at this motorcycle shop when I heard they were going to launch this mega sccooters. Launching 0n 05/09/2009. It is about time. The crowd (esp the GTS200 owner) have been waiting for this scooter.
